We have developed a powerful AI Voice assistant that integrates with our National Multi-Location campaigns to deliver quick results over the phone.
As a call comes in, our Voice AI (Susan & Veronica) asks leads a few simple questions. It then queries our system to find the perfect fit/partner for their siding needs.
If you have multiple locations she will find the nearest location and connect the caller directly with your staff.
Our Voice AI system answers all questions related to your products swiftly, and professionally every single time. It seamlessly transfers the caller to the right business location, sends the lead a text with the proper information, and the your the lead information for proper follow up.
All while adding that new lead to our lead management system.

Speed-to-lead doesn’t work if there’s no way to track and follow up on leads.
That’s why our team built a proprietary system to track and segment leads as they come in. Giving your business access to lead sheets and reporting so you can make sure you’ve followed up with each lead, whether you caught them on the first pass through, or need to call them back.

Not everyone wants to fill out a form, a lot of leads still prefer to call when it comes to getting the siding info they need quickly.
That’s why we’ve implemented a system to take calls online via your business’ co-branded marketing funnel or through Google Local Service and Call Extension ads to forward directly to your business in real time.
Lead information is captured when possible, and their phone numbers are stored in the Lead Management System for your business to review.
Each lead is followed up on, and your business receives a report on each caller who comes through, with a personal link to your lead management sheet.
